Terms of use
These terms explain our role as an independent ISO, and the basis on which you use this site and our onboarding platform.
Last updated October 2026
Our role
FCF Solutions is an Independent Sales Organization (ISO) for card acquiring, and a referral partner to crypto and alternative payment providers. We prepare applications and introduce merchants to suitable providers. We are not a bank, acquirer, payment processor, payment facilitator or money transmitter, and we do not receive, hold or settle merchant funds.
No guarantee of approval
We prepare and present your application, but every provider makes its own underwriting decision on its own terms. We do not promise, and cannot guarantee, that any provider will approve you, or approve you at a particular price or on particular terms. Any assessment we give you is our opinion, not a commitment on behalf of a provider.
Your agreement is with the provider
Where you are approved, your merchant account is opened in your own name and governed by your own agreement directly with the provider. That agreement, not this one, sets out how your payments are processed, priced and settled. You are responsible for meeting the provider's requirements and the rules of the card schemes and networks that apply to you.
Using the platform
When you apply through our onboarding platform, you agree to give accurate, complete and up-to-date information and to upload only documents you are entitled to share. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend access where information is materially inaccurate or where use breaches these terms or the law.
Intellectual property
The content, design and software of this site and our platform belong to FCF Solutions or its licensors, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Visa and Mastercard, and other product and company names shown here, are trademarks of their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
We provide this site and our introduction service with reasonable care, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for a provider's decisions, for the services a provider does or does not deliver, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
