Privacy policy

Your file is the most sensitive thing you hand us, and we treat it that way. This policy sets out how we collect, use, share and protect it.

Who we are

FCF Solutions is an Independent Sales Organization (ISO) for card acquiring, and a referral partner to crypto and alternative payment providers. We prepare merchant applications and introduce merchants to the acquirers and payment providers best suited to them. This policy explains how we handle the information you give us when you apply.

Information we collect

To assess and present an application we collect business and identity information and the documents that support it: company and ownership details, the details of directors and beneficial owners, bank and settlement details, trading history and processing statements, and the KYC and due-diligence documents a provider's underwriters require. We also collect the account and usage data generated as you use our onboarding platform.

How we use it

We use your information for one purpose: to assess your application, prepare your file and present it to suitable providers. We check the data you declare against the documents you submit, keep you updated on what is still outstanding, and maintain a record of the application. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Your documents go only to the providers your application is presented to, so they can make their own underwriting decision. We may also use trusted service providers who help us operate our platform, under confidentiality obligations. We disclose information to authorities only where the law requires it. Each provider is a separate controller of the data it receives and applies its own privacy terms.

How we protect it

Access inside our platform is limited to the people working on your application, and every view is recorded on a permanent audit trail that cannot be edited after the fact. We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet the legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations that apply to payments introductions.

Your rights

Depending on where you are based, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, or to ask a question about this policy, contact us using the details below.

This page is a plain-language summary of how we handle your information. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace the specific data-processing and privacy terms that apply to your application and to each provider you are introduced to.
